John Lobban is a strategic and operational advisor and Co‑Founder of MARKIBLAK Group Inc., with deep expertise in enterprise risk management, financial systems, and execution governance. His work focuses on helping organizations design operating structures that support predictable performance as complexity and scale increase.

John brings substantial experience from regulated financial services environments, including senior roles within the banking sector, working alongside Mckinsey & Company, where he led business transformation, enterprise risk, product development, and large‑scale program delivery. This background informs a consulting approach grounded in discipline, accountability, and risk‑aware execution.

He operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, where execution breakdowns most often occur. John is particularly effective in diagnosing constraints related to decision rights, incentive alignment, and governance structures that have not evolved alongside growth.
